01What this website is for

The website presents OxyHelp, our hyperbaric chambers and the services around them. It also lets you contact us, ask for a quote, apply to become a distributor, download materials, send a service request and share your experience with a chamber.

The website is free to use and you do not need an account.

We do not sell anything through the website. No order is placed and no payment is taken online. If you want a chamber, we send you an offer, and a sale happens only through a separate written contract signed by both parties. That contract and its own terms govern the sale, and they prevail over anything on the website.

02Information about our products

We describe our chambers, their configurations and their technical data as accurately as we can. The information is general and is not an offer.

• Technical data describes our standard configurations. The specification that applies to your chamber is the one in your contract.
• We improve our products over time, so models, features and specifications can change without notice.
• Photos and renderings show typical installations. Finishes, accessories and colours can differ, and colours also depend on your screen.
• Prices are given on request, in a written offer.

03Non-medical use

OxyHelp chambers are mild hyperbaric chambers for wellness and recovery use. They are not medical devices, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this website is medical advice.

Sessions are used at the user's own decision. Anyone with a medical condition, who is pregnant, or who takes medication should ask a doctor before using a chamber. Where the website mentions published research, it describes that research; it does not promise any result.

04Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and in a way that does not harm it or other people. In particular, you agree not to:

• send false information or information about another person without their permission;
• try to get around the website's security, overload it or interfere with how it works;
• use automated tools to send forms or to copy content from the website in bulk;
• upload files that contain malware or content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.

We may block access or remove content that breaks these rules.

05Content you send us

When you send us a message, a service request or photos and videos, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that the people shown in them agreed to it.

When you send us your story through the testimonial form, you allow OxyHelp to publish it, together with the photos and videos you choose to send, on this website and in our materials, anonymously or with your name, as you selected in the form. You can ask us at any time to stop using your testimonial; we then remove it from the website and stop using it in new materials. Materials already printed or published before your request may stay in circulation.

We may edit a testimonial for length or clarity without changing its meaning, and we decide whether and when we publish it. We do not publish health details or diagnoses.

06Intellectual property

The content of the website, including texts, photos, renderings, videos, graphics, the OxyHelp name and logo and the design of the pages, belongs to OxyHelp or to the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view the website and download the materials we offer for your own information. Any other use, such as copying, reproducing, modifying or publishing our content, needs our prior written permission.

07Links to other websites

The website links to other websites and social networks, such as our distributors' websites, Instagram or LinkedIn. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data. Their own terms and policies apply.

08Liability

We work to keep the website available, accurate and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, OxyHelp is not liable for loss or damage caused by using or being unable to use the website, or by relying on its general information instead of the offer and contract we provide.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, for example for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and nothing in these terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when the website or the law changes. The version published on this page, with its date, is the one that applies. Please check it from time to time.

11Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We will try to settle any disagreement amicably first; please write to us. If that is not possible, the dispute will be settled by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live, and you can also bring a dispute before the courts that the law allows you to choose.

If you are a consumer in Romania, you can also send a complaint to the alternative dispute resolution service of the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
